  • General Conditions:

    Products returned within 30 days of purchase are eligible for refunds and exchanges. Items must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and in the same state as when you bought them.

  • To complete your return or exchange, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Unless the goods was a gift, refunds will be handled using the original payment method. Presents may be returned or exchanged for store credit.

  • Items that are not returnable include:

    Any item that is not in its original state, is missing parts, or has damage that is not the result of our error.

  • Any return made more than thirty days following delivery.

  • Items on sale (if any):

    You can only get a refund on standard priced items. While there are no refunds on sale items, they can be exchanged or returned for store credit.

  • Replacements (if any):

    You can mail your product back to Anbu Agencies at 85.D. Vethanayagam Street, Puthukudiruppu, Nagercoil629001, Tamil Nadu, India, if you would want to return it.
